1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Threeward, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the Service
Threeward provides goal tracking, progress tracking, action steps, reminders, calendar views, rewards, Vision Boards, and premium features for iPhone and iPad.
3. Eligibility
You may use Threeward only if you can legally agree to these Terms under applicable law.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create or import, lawful use of the app, maintaining access to your device, and backing up important information where appropriate.
5. No Professional Advice
Threeward is a productivity and goal-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, psychological treatment, or professional coaching guarantees.
6. Purchases and Threeward Pro
Purchases are processed through Apple. Monthly and Annual options may be auto-renewable subscriptions, and Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. You manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Access may change if a purchase expires, is revoked, or is refunded.
7. Free and Pro Features
Some features are free and some require Threeward Pro. Product functionality may evolve. Existing local user data remains subject to app behavior and technical limitations.
8. App Availability
Threeward may change over time, and features may be updated. The app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
9. Local Data and Backups
User data is primarily local. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups. Device loss, deletion, uninstall, corruption, or operating system behavior may affect locally stored information.
10. Intellectual Property
Threeward software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. User Content
You retain responsibility for content you create or import into Threeward, including goals, notes, rewards, and selected images.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use Threeward for illegal activity, misuse the app, interfere with app functionality, infringe the rights of others, or reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Threeward is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Threeward and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.
15. Apple-Specific Terms
Apple is not responsible for Threeward and is not providing maintenance or support for the app. Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary where applicable. Your use of Threeward is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
16. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they are updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. No specific governing-law jurisdiction has been selected in this website configuration.
